Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled 48hrs in advance to receive your deposit back.
Appointments that need to be rescheduled MUST be done 48hrs in advance. Initial deposit will be used for the rescheduled appointment if done 48hrs prior. You will need to contact me to reschedule.
Cancellations/ reschedules made within the 48hr period will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new one will be required to book your next appointment.
No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price.
